About the Practice

I provide therapeutic journaling sessions for women who are looking for a creative approach to healing, growth, and change. Many of my clients are navigating life challenges and transitions such as anxiety, singlehood and dating struggles, emerging adulthood and decision-making, loss and grief, illness, and caregiving.

 

Often, writing can help us access clarity and insight that talk therapy alone cannot. Through guided prompts and reflection, you can uncover patterns, release hurt, develop self-compassion, and build resilience.

The research supports what we intuitively know — expressive writing has been shown to strengthen emotional regulation, improve relationships, reduce stress, and enhance self-awareness.

I am a licensed clinical social worker in New York and New Jersey, and a certified Journal to the Self instructor. I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindful self-compassion (MSC), and positive psychology interventions into our sessions as indicated.

Sessions are provided via telehealth.
